Cayuta Sun Farm is proud of our pastured poultry and pork and would like you to taste why. Upon arriving for the Sunday tour, order a BBQ pork sausage meal.

Last year we sold out quickly. Use this online form to buy in advance and be sure to enjoy a woodland-raised, heritage breed, pork lunch.

Enjoy your freshly grilled sausage and salad at a picnic table in the cool shade of our shiitake mushroom yard. We begin grilling at 11 a.m. Cold non-alcoholic drinks will also be sold.

Cayuta Sun is a small, permaculture-based farm. On pasture and under the canopy of trees, we aim to produce pasture-raised meats, log-grown shiitake mushrooms, and a variety of sustainably produced fruits, vegetables, and woodland products.

We will be open Thursday evening through Monday morning for Permaculture Weekend campers. Use this form or visit http://CayutaSun.Farm to reserve a space. Campsites are free for Permaculture Weekend volunteers and PDC alumni.

Tours will be ongoing in a circuit around the land with a break for the Pork Sausage BBQ from 11:30am to 1:30pm. You can also pre-order through The Forest Farm Shop–or buy at the farm–pork and poultry raised in our fields and woods.

A pop-up farmers market with a meadery, apairy, cheesemaker, baker and plant nursery will run from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m.
