Cayuta Sun is a small, permaculture-based farm. On pasture and under the canopy of trees, we aim to produce pasture-raised meats, log-grown shiitake mushrooms, and a variety of sustainably produced fruits, vegetables, and woodland products.
We will be open Thursday evening through Monday morning for Permaculture Weekend campers. Contact Michael@CayutaSunFarm.com to reserve a space. Campsites are free for Permaculture Weekend volunteers.
Tours will be ongoing in a circuit around the land with a break for the Pork Sausage BBQ from 11:30am to 1:30pm. You can also take home frozen pork and poultry raised in our fields and woods.
