- Go to http://flpcicurriculum.wordpress.com/
- From the tabs along the top of the form, select “Blog Post” so that you can add a title to your report.
- Please include “CTED” or PDC” in the title.
- Fill out the form at the top of the page according to the guidelines:
Include: 1)Teacher’s Name, 2)Course Name, 3) Session Title, 4)Date, Time, & Duration, 5)Lesson Objectives, 6)Key Content, 7)Methods, 8)Assessment, 9)Materials & Conditions, 10)Your Evaluation: What worked or didn’t?, 11)Student Feedback, 12)Additional Notes, 13)Useful URLs
- You must have a login and password to access the site. Contact Michael for access.
- You can be paid after filing your curriculum report. Contact Becky.
